Hi! My name is Priscilla Grace Barnes, and I am a Registered Nurse, Personal Trainer, and Nutritional Coach.

I believe it is my purpose to help busy individuals navigate the road to health and wellness by creating healthy, sustainable habits.

As a nurse, I’ve seen the pain that accompanies neglecting your well-being. As a caregiver for my father who suffered from a stroke, I’ve seen the heartbreak and horror that accompanies heart disease. In my personal life, I’ve felt the frustration of seeking an answer in healthcare and leaving empty handed. My own health struggles lead me to pursue Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, which is a key part to my practice today. 

These scenarios have created a greater drive for me to help others take action today for a healthier tomorrow - preventative medicine is key. There is hope for you to have the life you want. It is my passion to share this hope with others by taking the stress out of hitting their health and wellness goals. 

I am based in Houston, Texas, where I see clients virtually and in person.
